Sizes range from compact 24-inch minimalist steel bowls to larger fire tables designed for entertaining. Gas models use lava rocks for a clean, consistent flame, while wood-burning options deliver a traditional campfire experience.

When positioning a fire pit, maintain at least 10 feet of clearance from structures, overhead branches, and combustible furniture. For gas models, confirm the proximity of a natural gas or propane connection. Wood-burning fire pits perform best on non-combustible surfaces such as concrete, brick, or gravel — avoid placement directly on wood decking.
