Items that exceed standard shipping dimensions or weight will be shipped via freight carrier, which provides curbside delivery service.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Spectra Home Warranty Policy
Spectra Home Limited Warranty
Spectra Home LLC warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows:
Frame (5 Years)
The wood frame is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of delivery, under normal residential use and conditions. Spectra Home will, at its option, repair the defect or replace the defective part.
Cushions & Springs (2 Years)
Frame springs have a two (2) year warranty. Seat and back cushions have a two (2) year limited warranty. Natural softening of cushions and springs through normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Fabric & Leather Coverings (1 Year)
Leathers and fabrics are warranted to be free from defects for one (1) year. This does not cover fading or discoloration due to sunlight or body oils. Natural markings on leather (scars, grain variations, wrinkles) are normal characteristics and are not defects. Pilling of fabric is not covered under warranty.
Dimensions
Each piece is handmade; all dimensions listed are approximate.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to furniture used for commercial purposes, altered from its original state, or moved from its original delivery address. The use of chemical treatments, anti-stain products, or improper cleaning methods voids this warranty. This warranty is not transferable.
Care Instructions
For fabric: professional cleaning recommended. For leather: dust regularly with a clean cloth and wipe spills with a soft damp cloth. Do not use oils, furniture polish, or chemical treatments.
