Warranty Coverage:
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for the original retail purchaser. For most products, we offer a one-year warranty for commercial use and a two-year warranty for residential use on select items. -
Labor & Shipping:
During the first year from the invoice date, we will cover reasonable labor costs for repairs or replacement of defective parts. Shipping, packing, and transportation fees are the responsibility of the customer. After the first year, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. -
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning, environmental exposure (such as sunlight, humidity, or temperature changes), or accidental damage. Normal wear and tear, fading, and cosmetic variations are also excluded. Modifications or unauthorized repairs void the warranty. -
Additional Guarantee:
Enjoy a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days with valid proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund (excluding delivery and restocking charges), or merchandise credit. -
