The Hawthorne Sectional with Ottoman 4 Piece Set is a very luxurious offering. Designed by Steve Noble of Legendary Old Hickory Tannery Fame, Steve created a wonderful design, starting by hand selecting each fabric and developing the techniques for the upholstering needed. The sectional frames are solid hardwood and plywood Construction. Another aspect of the better manufacturing used in this set is that all exposed wood details have finer furniture finishing quality. Lastly the seat cushions are luxuriously made with down feather blend over spring embedded cushions. The set arrives in 4 pieces including the beautiful matching Cocktail Ottoman that is included and completes the Room. Minor Assembly of Legs Required.

Warranty Coverage:
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for the original retail purchaser. For most products, we offer a one-year warranty for commercial use and a two-year warranty for residential use on select items. -
Labor & Shipping:
During the first year from the invoice date, we will cover reasonable labor costs for repairs or replacement of defective parts. Shipping, packing, and transportation fees are the responsibility of the customer. After the first year, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. -
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning, environmental exposure (such as sunlight, humidity, or temperature changes), or accidental damage. Normal wear and tear, fading, and cosmetic variations are also excluded. Modifications or unauthorized repairs void the warranty. -
Additional Guarantee:
Enjoy a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days with valid proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund (excluding delivery and restocking charges), or merchandise credit. -
