Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have authorized your credit card and are preparing your order for dispatch.
We immediately contact our warehouse to verify that the item is in stock and ready for shipping. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you by email with estimated arrival dates and available alternatives.
Once items are confirmed in stock and payment is approved, your order proceeds to shipment.

If your order is in stock and approved by our payment verification team, it will ship within 1-2 business days. Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

Some parts orders and freight shipments placed after the 1 PM cutoff may ship the following business day. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight and are delivered by a lift-gate truck. Please review the following delivery process:

Refuse the shipment. Sign the carrier's paperwork stating "Carton damaged and refused." Notify us immediately.
For any damage, send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Occasionally, a product may be out of stock when you place your order. In such cases, we will email you immediately with the backorder status, estimated arrival time, and any available alternatives.
Expected arrival times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as port delays or manufacturing component shortages. If the timeline changes, you can choose to:
