01 Order Confirmation & Processing

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have authorized your credit card and are preparing your order for dispatch.

We immediately contact our warehouse to verify that the item is in stock and ready for shipping. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you by email with estimated arrival dates and available alternatives.

Once items are confirmed in stock and payment is approved, your order proceeds to shipment.

02 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

If your order is in stock and approved by our payment verification team, it will ship within 1-2 business days. Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

Some parts orders and freight shipments placed after the 1 PM cutoff may ship the following business day. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

03 Freight (LTL) Deliveries

Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight and are delivered by a lift-gate truck. Please review the following delivery process:

  1. When the item arrives in your area, the dispatcher will call to schedule a delivery appointment. The item will not be delivered without a confirmed appointment.
  2. You must be present at the delivery address during the scheduled window to receive and sign for the item.
  3. Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday within the windows of 8 AM - 12 PM or 12 PM - 4 PM. Exact times cannot be guaranteed.
  4. Ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate and avoid screening calls until delivery is complete.
  5. The item will be placed at your door or the closest accessible area. Due to size, placement directly inside may not be possible.
  6. Retain all original packing materials, including the pallet. These are required if you choose to return the item.

Important: A valid phone number is required for freight scheduling. Missing or incorrect contact information may result in delivery delays and potential storage fees.

04 Inspecting Your Delivery & Damage Claims

Upon arrival, carefully inspect the packaging and contents of your items.

If the carton appears damaged (ripped, holes, large dents, or open):

  1. Conduct an immediate inspection with the driver present to assess the contents.
  2. If the contents are damaged, note the damage on the carrier's paperwork.
  3. If you cannot inspect immediately, write on the paperwork: "Carton damage, subject to inspection" and describe the visible damage.
  4. Inspect the contents within 48 hours and report any actual damage to the carrier.

If the carton is extensively damaged with the product exposed:

Refuse the shipment. Sign the carrier's paperwork stating "Carton damaged and refused." Notify us immediately.

For any damage, send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

05 Backorders

Occasionally, a product may be out of stock when you place your order. In such cases, we will email you immediately with the backorder status, estimated arrival time, and any available alternatives.

Expected arrival times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as port delays or manufacturing component shortages. If the timeline changes, you can choose to:

  1. Keep the order and wait for the original item.
  2. Select an alternative product.
  3. Cancel the order entirely (no fee if canceled before shipment preparation).

When backordered items arrive, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. Tracking information follows within 1-3 business days.
