02 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, your request must meet the following criteria:

Timing Must be submitted before completing your purchase

03 What’s Not Covered

The following scenarios are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee:

  • Auction or discount marketplaces (eBay, Overstock clearance, etc.)
  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or limited-time promotional pricing
  • Prices requiring store-specific coupons or membership discounts
  • Post-purchase requests (not guaranteed due to MAP considerations)
  • Clearly mis-listed or keyboard-error prices
  • Brand-specific shipping surcharges
  • Certain brands including Homeroots and Gazebo Penguin
