To ensure a smooth return process, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Approval and Initiation: All returns require prior approval from LuxuriousDwelling.com. Initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your product.

2. Restocking Fee and Freight Charges: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, in addition to applicable freight charges.

3. Original Packaging: Ensure that all returned merchandise is shipped back in its original shipping containers.

4. Inspect Upon Delivery: We strongly recommend inspecting your merchandise upon delivery. While we take great care in packing and shipping, instances of damage during transit may occur.

5. Damaged Items: In the event of receiving damaged items, contact LuxuriousDwelling.com at [email protected] within 72 hours to initiate the return process. We will promptly dispatch a replacement for the damaged item once available. If the damaged item is a phased-out product, a credit will be issued for future purchases.

SHIPPING TERMS:

Shipping and handling and/or delivery fees are additional charges unless otherwise specified at the time of sale. Please note that all shipping and delivery fee charges are non-refundable. Backyard Accents, LLC provides three types of shipping options:

Will Call at Shipping Terminals or Hub Stations: This is the most cost-effective way to accept delivery. You can choose to collect your order from one of our shipping terminals or hub stations.
Commercial Business Address: If you have a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift, our carriers are set up for business deliveries. Please ensure that you have the necessary equipment to unload the shipment from the truck, as our shipping companies will not unload it for you.
Residential/Lift-Gate Delivery: We also offer residential/lift-gate delivery to your home address. Please note that the shipping companies will deliver the shipment to your driveway only. They are not responsible for bringing the product into your home or moving it to your desired location. This option is the most expensive as the carrier needs to arrange a specific delivery date and time.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific shipping times.

While we strive to deliver the product to you as quickly as possible, unforeseen factors beyond our control may affect shipping times. If you are unable to accept delivery of your shipment after it has been shipped or installed, any costs associated with re-delivery, installations, re-consignment, or storage will be the responsibility of the consumer. These fees can be significant, so please ensure that you can accept delivery. All final payments must be made before your order reaches its final destination, unless it has already been paid in full.

Please note that orders will typically ship within 6-10 weeks from the date of purchase, provided the product ordered is in stock. Please be aware that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The estimated shipping or installation time provided by Backyard Accents, or other parties, should be considered as an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery date.

FREE SHIPPING/DELIVERY INSTALLATION:

Free delivery installation or shipping is available for orders that are confirmed by a LuxuriousDwelling sales representative at the time of purchase. This offer applies only to purchases with the specified shipping method mentioned above (option 1), which involves shipping to the local shipping terminal or hub station for customer pick-up. Please note that this offer is not valid for orders from Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.

INSPECTION/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

At LuxuriousDwelling, we take great care in loading and packaging your order prior to shipping or delivery. Although freight damage is rare, it can occasionally occur. Please be aware that Backyard Accents, LLC or its installers cannot be held responsible for any unseen damages. Upon receiving the goods, the consumer must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect them and determine if any part or all of the goods are non-conforming. In such cases, written notification must be provided on the contract or delivery installation receipt, and it must be signed by both parties.

It is the consumer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods for any damage before signing for delivery. The consumer has 24 hours from receipt of the goods to notify Backyard Accents, LLC in writing of any damages. Failure to do so will release Backyard Accents, LLC from any claims. If extensive damage has occurred, the goods should be refused at the time of delivery or shipping attempt. We will provide any necessary parts for documented freight damage. However, it is the consumer’s responsibility to return any defective or damaged parts to Backyard Accents, LLC. Please note that the consumer will be charged for any defective or damaged part(s) not returned. Once the consumer signs for delivery or shipment, the goods become their property, and any repairs or replacements requested beyond the stated timeframe without written notification will be the consumer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY TERMS/OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:

We strive to ship or deliver your product within our normal production timeframe of 6-10 weeks, as it has been built and as components become available. However, there may be occasions when certain components you have ordered are out of stock or considered special order items, which may result in a delay in fulfilling your delivery. We will keep you informed of any products that are out of stock and unavailable for our regular shipment or delivery installation schedule.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are unsatisfied with the components of your purchase and they are not considered “special order” items, you may return the item(s) in their original resalable condition and unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that a 30% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred will be deducted from your refund upon inspection of the item(s) at our warehouse. The shipping charges for returning the item(s) to us will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Prior to making a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Please be aware that “manufactured” orders, “floor models,” and “Dent and Scratch” items are exempt from our return policy, as these are considered final sales and are not eligible for return. All items authorized for return must be in a salable condition, in their original box, and unused. Any merchandise that does not meet these criteria will be refused or returned to the consumer at their expense.
